Good evening, all!
It's been absolutely forever since I posted on this platform, and truly, it's been quite a ride since December 2014:
I started back to work. My babies started daycare. We moved. ...and my marriage ended. Long story, short, it's been a wild ride. I'm doing this on my own now, but recently, I mean, since March of this year, I've had someone really wonderful in my life.
We don't fight. We equal each other out. He's my teammate, and he makes me a better person by being in my life. We're definitely taking things slow. He is a single man older than myself, and he doesn't have any children of his own, so being with a single parent who is a strong-willed as I am is probably quite the change. But, he tells me all the time that I am the best person he has ever been with and the best relationship he's ever had is the one we're in together.
Now, since he's away, and I have a shiny new computer for the first time in forever, I can get back to this. And, since I'm no longer a stay-at-home mom with loads of time for crafts and to-do lists, I'd like to take this in a new direction.
I want to be helpful in the adult world, and I want to contribute to the mindset of a single mom, a homemaker and breadwinner, a military significant other, and a relationship cheerleader.
